Canadian and International Shipping
Canadian and international shipments may include additional duties, taxes or fees depending on the country.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty is 3 years from the day that your order arrives to your address.
Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and please report any defects to CamelDesk within one week after delivery so we can send you replacement. ‘Defects’, as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.
All CamelDesk warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall CamelDesk be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
This warranty covers
- The frame itself, including the electric motors, control box, and switch.
- Performance according to published specifications.
- Defective materials or workmanship in frame or tabletop.
- Defects affecting the operation of the frame and height adjusting mechanisms.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the tabletop or paint finish.
- Any damages or malfunctions in the product caused by repairs, or attempted repairs, performed by anyone not affiliated with or authorized by CamelDesk.
- Any product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact.
- Improper assembly or disassembly.
- Any modifications to electronic components.

What is a 7-day-trial?
Within 7 days that your order is delivered to your address you can return our product.
We cover the return shipping.
What is your return policy?
Within the first 30 days from the day that our product is delivered to your address you can request a return.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by email@example.com.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in like-new condition.
CamelDesk reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, abused, or altered in any way.
Refund will be initiated to the customer after 14 days of receiving and inspection of the returned goods.
No returns after 30 days.
